Her photography are exhibited all over the world. In the end of 2012 was launched Julia’s first book “Dreamalities”. And lately this books inspired Damien Steck, an award-winning director and film-maker to create a short film-adaptation to Julia’s pictures called “Revalities“.

“With my pictures, I try to show the limits of the post-modern pessimism, reminding us the value and the depth of the human being. That is why, through symbolism, I explore the invisible world which resides inside human minds and hearts. Fears, desires, and passions.”

Julie de Waroquier’s photography is a mixture of surrealism and fairy tales. She make symbolic pictures and each of them has its own story behind. Almost all of her ideas are spontaneously, so the most difficult is to make sure that they are valuable and are worth be created. But as life and the number of awards have shown, these pictures are worth to take and to see. Give it a try to escape from reality into a mysterious dream with a collection of breathtaking pictures by Julie de Waroquier.
