It prompts the question...is the appeal of these images born out of technique or content? Most would say both, but for me as I look at them, the most powerful of the lot have little to do with the actual technique and much more with the image itself. And for me, that's as it should be. Many of his images would be great whether they were taken with a point and shoot or a 11x14 view camera. They have a wonderful feel about them and I don't discount the process for one second...I've been there many many times. After 50 years of image making maybe I'm just getting lazy, but for me, that's way too much work! Beautiful stuff. Thanks for sharing. Steve Great stuff for sure.
